Basel integrates with third-party AI providers (Groq, OpenRouter, Fal.ai, Hume), payment processors (Stripe), and infrastructure providers (Supabase, Vercel). Each provider has their own privacy policy governing data processed through their systems.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.

6. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit and at rest, row-level security on all database tables, and regular security reviews.
