You retain ownership of content you create using Basel. You grant us a limited licence to process your content solely to provide the Service. We do not use your conversations to train AI models without your explicit consent.

5. Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Basel is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
